Shipping, Payments and Returns

Preparation time

As you know, Geometrik Design is a company in which all our products are handmade, so we do not have a stock in advance, since you are the artists and you are the ones who give your touch to the products you purchase. That is why our preparation process ranges from 7 to 14 working days.

For large orders, please check availability.

Estimated shipping time

Geometrik Design reaches all over the world, but we only have a single location. That is why delivery times will vary depending on where your thoughts have to arrive, so delivery times vary between:

Spain: 1-3 working days

Europe: 5-7 working days

America: 3-7 working days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-10 days.

Duties and customs duties

Geometrik design will not be responsible for any applicable customs duties and tariffs, all costs incurred in the transport of the products are to be borne by the buyer. If there are any delays due to customs clearance, Geometrik Design will not be held responsible for any delays caused in these cases.



The purchase prices in force at the time the order is placed are those shown on the screen. The prices will include Value Added Tax (VAT).

However, purchases made by residents of non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT and subject to payment of the corresponding import tax. If there are customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the Product or in the shipping costs, therefore, you will have to pay them at destination.

In general, any taxes, duties, taxes and brokerage fees that accrue as a result of the sale of the Product, as well as any other expenses arising therefrom, shall be for your account.

Prices are shown in EUROS, and will be invoiced and charged in this currency.


Geometrik Design accepts VISA and MasterCard.

When placing the order, the customer will provide their credit card details, which will be stored directly in the payment gateway during the purchase process. Geometrik Design does not store credit card information. For internal reasons of the company, the collection management is done through Caixabank, without this having any significance for the customer.


The customer can pay for his order through the Paypal payment system.


These payment methods consist of a bank transfer of the full amount of the order to the bank account held by Geometrik Design. Orders with these payment methods, which are not credited to the Geometrik Design account 7 days after the order confirmation, will be automatically cancelled after this period has elapsed. It is important to remember that some banks may take 1-2 working days to make the transfer effective, and deposits may take a minimum of 24 hours to be reflected in our system.

Exchanges and returns

The customer will have a period of 3 days after receipt of the order to communicate the return of an item and a maximum period of 14 days from delivery to return it. Upon receipt of a returned item by Geometrik Design, you will have 14 days to refund the amount of the product.

If the customer wishes to change an item, this can only be changed by contacting Geometrik Design directly and as long as the order has not been processed. When the order is in process, the item cannot be changed.

To cancel an order, the customer can do so as long as the order has not been processed, once the order is in process, the customer cannot cancel the item. In this situation, we recommend that you contact us directly as soon as possible.

For the following items, Geometrik Design will not allow cancellations, refunds or exchanges:

Articles on offer

Unless these items have reached the buyer damaged.

In cases of returned items, the costs incurred for the return of the order will be borne by the buyer, and in turn, if the item in question is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for the loss of value caused.

I accept returns

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Return the items to me within 14 days of delivery.

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations

To cancel an order or exchange an item that has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders whose packages have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I do not accept returns of:

– Personalised orders

– Sale items

Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
