Spaciousness and luminosity were the main characteristics of this comprehensive reform project for this 200 m2 loft in Sant Pere de Ribes.
This loft was originally a chocolate factory, the owners outgrew the space and decided to move it elsewhere. From here they were renting it and it went through different shops.

One day the owner thought of building her own home in that space and we made her dream come true, we converted an old chocolate factory into a residential loft.
The ground floor was designed with the common areas and the presidential suite with access to the terrace. What was sought was to create a large open space in which all the spaces were connected to each other, so that each of them would receive natural light, which entered through a large double-height window on the main façade.
Instead, the first floor was conceived as a space for the two teenage children. Each one of them with a large independent room that joins with a common leisure area and a complete bathroom.
