The reform of this luxury home in Sitges was done to increase and promote tourist rental. It stands out for its modern style, with Nordic touches.
In this plot of 500 m2 and 300 m2 of surface, the main objective was that the maximum number of rooms could enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and the town of Sitges. On the ground floor we find the large garden with a swimming pool where you can admire the views. We also find the gym, a small cellar and the garage, where you can access the first floor.
On this floor we wanted to create an open space but at the same time closed to be able to privatize the kitchen. In this way, the living-dining room space was separated on one side and the kitchen with a secondary living room on the other. Between them, they communicate with two large glass sliding doors, in order to unify the two spaces.
The rooms are located on the second floor, some of them equipped with their own bathrooms and others shared. And finally, on the third floor, we find the presidential suite with views. Upon entering, there is a large custom-made walk-in closet with a more classic feel to add a touch of sophistication to the space. Next, there is the bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a large window to enjoy the outside, which, at the same time, communicates with another window to the room, to give a feeling of spaciousness and that natural light can reach every corner.
